Information you choose to provide

The quick-quote configurator collects your email, selected products and quantities, language, source path, and a snapshot of your consent. If you contact Viet License through Zalo, Facebook, email, or telephone, you may also choose to provide your name, contact details, device context, product requirements, and VAT billing information.

How information is used

Quick-quote information is used to create and email the requested PDF, prevent abuse, retain consent evidence, and send licensed-product offers and updates until you unsubscribe. Other information is used to answer product questions, confirm orders, provide invoices and handover information, and support installation or activation.

Retention and protection

Quick-quote PDF files are retained for up to 30 days and quote metadata for up to 12 months. Subscription status is retained until you unsubscribe or make an applicable deletion request. Abuse prevention stores only a short-lived hash of the network address, not the raw IP address in quick-quote records.

Analytics and external services

The website may use analytics to understand page and product interactions. Quick-quote analytics never include your email. Email delivery and external contact channels operate under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Every promotional or update email includes an unsubscribe link. Do not send complete product keys, passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal documents. Contact vietlicense@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of information held by Viet License where applicable.
